**Standard Shipping Timeframe**
All orders are processed and shipped within 14 business days under normal circumstances.
**Delivery Conditions**
Deliveries typically arrive within the standard timeframe; however, delays may occur during holidays or due to weather conditions beyond our control.
**Notifications**
Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been shipped.

Sales Policy
All sales are final. Exchanges are permitted within 7 days if the product meets our Return & Exchange Policy requirements. Orders may be canceled only if an item is on back order, discontinued, or no longer in stock. In the event of a cancellation, customers will be given the option to receive a refund or replacement.

The Twizabella Effect brand name, logo, and business card designs are the exclusive property of our company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is prohibited. Please note: Some items we sell (such as Nike, Adidas, or other branded products) remain the property of their respective companies. We do not claim ownership of external brand logos or trademarks.
Disputes
Customers must contact us directly to resolve disputes, chargebacks, or concerns regarding their order. If a resolution cannot be achieved, you may contact your bank
or payment provider for further assistance.

**Exchanges**
Exchanges are always welcome and must be established within 7 days after delivery.
**Return Labels & Tracking**
A product return label (tracking number) must be provided and trackable within 14 days after it has been issued.
**Condition of Returned Products**
Products must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original contents and packaging, including the box.
**Non-Returnable Items**
Any items marked as "Final Sale" or customized/personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
**Damaged or Defective Products**
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos as proof. Damaged or defective products are eligible for exchange only.
**Shipping Costs**
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made in the order.
